Key Responsibilities:- Develop compelling visual content across various formats, including print, digital, presentation, video, and 3D.
- Guide and produce high-impact visual storytelling for campaigns, brand showcases, and sales enablement.
- Oversee photography and short-form video showcases for client campaigns, working with freelancers as needed.
- Elevate all creative and visual output, ensuring alignment with our brand identity, core values, creative standards, and business objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- 6-8 years of experience in graphic/multimedia design, with at least 2 years in a managerial/project management role.
- Strong versatile portfolio showcasing branding, storytelling, layout, and campaign execution.
- Understanding of Out-of-Home (OOH) media and advertising environments.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro.
- Proficiency in 3D design tools such as Blender, Cinema 4D, or 3DS Max - including modeling, texturing, basic rigging, and camera animation.
- Familiarity with print production terminology and process.
- Experience with video editing, motion graphics, and visual effects for short-form digital content.
