Brand Design Position

The brand designer will play a key role in bringing the brand vision to life by collaborating closely with the branding team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for translating strategy into powerful visual assets across digital, social, and offline touchpoints.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Co-create a visual identity and brand guidelines with the branding team.
  • Translate brand strategy into compelling narratives across all touchpoints (digital, social, campaigns, events, clinics).
  • Conceptualize creative campaigns, not just design them.
  • Create design systems that balance aesthetics with scalability for future growth.
  • Experiment with bold, fresh creative directions while ensuring brand consistency.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and partnership teams to bring ideas to life.
  • Continuously research global trends in branding, lifestyle, beauty, and digital culture.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in brand design and identity creation (portfolio required).
  • Strong conceptual thinking skills — ability to translate abstract ideas into compelling visuals.
  • Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma (motion/3D a plus).
  • Strong sense of typography, layout, and visual storytelling.
  • A proactive collaborator who thrives in brainstorming and idea-building.
  • Comfortable working in start-up environments where creativity and speed matter.
