Strategic Creative Leader

We seek a highly skilled and visionary leader to spearhead the creative direction of our marketing campaigns. As a key member of our team, you will lead the visual expression of our brand, ensuring alignment with our overarching strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop compelling visual content across various formats, including print, digital, presentation, video, and 3D.
  • Guide and produce high-impact visual storytelling for campaigns, brand showcases, and sales enablement.
  • Oversee photography and short-form video showcases for client campaigns, working with freelancers as needed.
  • Elevate all creative and visual output, ensuring alignment with our brand identity, core values, creative standards, and business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
  • 6-8 years of experience in graphic/multimedia design, with at least 2 years in a managerial/project management role.
  • Strong versatile portfolio showcasing branding, storytelling, layout, and campaign execution.
  • Understanding of Out-of-Home (OOH) media and advertising environments.

Desirable Skills:

  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro.
  • Proficiency in 3D design tools such as Blender, Cinema 4D, or 3DS Max - including modeling, texturing, basic rigging, and camera animation.
  • Familiarity with print production terminology and process.
  • Experience with video editing, motion graphics, and visual effects for short-form digital content.
