As a Client Service Analyst, you will play a vital role in providing daily client service for our transaction banking products.
Key responsibilities include conducting investigations into client issues, working with other stakeholders to resolve problems, and being responsible for the end-to-end process of SMAR&TS customer on-boarding.
You will also have the opportunity to cross-sell and expand clients' usage of our transaction banking products.
Required Skills and Qualifications- University degree or equivalent
- At least 1 year of relevant banking experience and/or experience in the provision of client support
- Relevant knowledge in transaction banking client service
- Relevant knowledge in internet banking platform
- Good communication skills, particularly in Japanese, as this is the primary language used by corporate clients
- Analytical and presentation skills are essential
