About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Wealth Management Practice as a Senior Consultant/Manager. As a core member of our team, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality services to our clients and contributing to the growth and development of our practice.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage client assignments, working closely with project teams to deliver exceptional results
  • Develop and implement strategic solutions to drive business growth and transformation
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions
  • Identify new business opportunities and support bid teams with proposals
  • Contribute to the development of high-quality technical offerings and thought leadership
  • Support the growth and development of our practice, including mentoring and coaching junior team members

Qualifications and Experience

  • Proven experience in a reputable consulting firm, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality services to clients
  • At least 5 years of experience consulting within Wealth Management or Private Banking, with a deep understanding of the industry and its trends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement strategic solutions
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to work in unstructured environments and take initiative when needed
