Senior Research Consulting Manager

Oracle is seeking a highly skilled Senior Research Consulting Manager to lead our Clinical Data Management team. As a key member of our global RWE/Clinical domain, you will be responsible for managing an international team and delivering data management services to clients and project teams related to Non-Interventional Studies.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and motivate a global data management team to achieve high-quality results and meet client expectations.
- Develop and implement data management strategies to increase productivity, quality, and efficiency while reducing cycle times and costs.
- Provide oversight of project-related data management tasks and participate in governance groups linked to strategic projects and customers.
- Optimize work allocation across the team and adapt to new regulations and technologies.
- Integrate new technologies into data management activities to drive innovation and improvement.
- Thorough knowledge of ICH GCP guidelines and regulatory rules, as well as medical terminology, clinical trials, and clinical research.
- Working knowledge of the CRO industry's relationship and regulatory obligations with pharmaceutical and biotech companies.
- Skilled in using computer technology, including clinical trial databases and applications, with the ability to learn new applications.
- Experience in C-DISC requirements and demonstrated ability to lead by example and provide technical and supervisory leadership to staff.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills with the ability to work independently and in a global team environment.
