Key Responsibilities:

* Participate in projects with leading businesses in the insurance sector
* Contribute to the successful execution of client projects
* Ensure high-standard client delivery, content development, and business development
* Work closely with our other offices and leverage our global network to take part in cross-selling initiatives and share knowledge
* Share consulting best practices with the team
* Participate in the recruitment process of future Consultants

Project Responsibilities:

* Lead, evaluate, and anticipate client requirements
* Gather stories and business requirements and perform deep analysis to identify gaps or areas for improvement
* Facilitate business requirements clarification
* Perform testing and ensure business requirements are incorporated into system design
* Evaluate and review the feasibility of possible improvements in business processes
* Collaborate with IT developers/business stakeholders to ensure requirements are clearly understood
* Communicate effectively with IT/Business stakeholders
* Work with relevant stakeholders to support and manage UAT testing/end-to-end testing/regression testing
* Support and manage defects troubleshooting
* Proper documentation/tracking on key decisions and business requirements using Jira
* Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by line manager (in line with the requirement and as per the wider scope of the project)

Requirements:

* At least a Bachelor degree or equivalent in Economic, Business, or Finance
* 2 – 5 years' experience in the management consulting industry and/or Insurance industry
* Experience in delivering change to top-tier insurance companies, with banking experience a plus
* Strong entrepreneurial drive - thrives on growth challenges with regard to client development and business development
* Good understanding of insurance products, processes, and technologies (i.e. Insurtech/Fintech)
