Business Intelligence Professional

We are seeking an experienced Business Intelligence professional to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of business intelligence solutions that drive strategic decision-making.

About the Role:

  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Design, develop, and implement advanced reporting and analytics solutions to support business growth and improvement.
  • Data Interpretation and Strategy Development: Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and patterns, providing actionable insights to inform business decisions.
  • Collaboration with Different Departments: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Data Quality and Management: Oversee data collection, storage, and retrieval processes to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Project Management: Lead BI projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely delivery and meeting business requirements.
  • Tool and Technology Proficiency: Utilize BI tools and database languages to create and manage business intelligence solutions.
  • Training and Support: Provide training and support to users on new reports and dashboards, fostering a data-driven culture within the organization.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest BI tools, trends, and best practices, identifying opportunities to improve data reporting and analytics processes.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in data analytics, preferably in a growth-related field.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data and draw meaningful insights.
  • Technical Expertise: Proficiency in BI tools, databases, and data analysis techniques.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to present findings clearly.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to solve complex business problems using data.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, IT, or statistics.
