Senior Business Intelligence Manager
This role leads the Data Team to drive strategic decisions with actionable insights. As a key member of the team, you will collaborate closely with business and engineering teams to derive valuable insights from extensive datasets. Your primary objective is to influence business outcomes by identifying opportunities for process improvements, driving AI adoption, and ensuring data-driven approaches are integrated into business processes.
  • Promote analytics and process enhancements to boost efficiency
  • Leverage expertise to build scalable data infrastructure for AI adoption
  • Mentor junior team members and stakeholders to execute large-scale, complex data analysis projects
  • Analyze business metrics and present insightful findings to senior management
  • Develop analytical projects with impactful recommendations and collaborate with business leaders to implement solutions
  • Work with cross-functional teams to identify key performance indicators and create data pipelines for tracking and improvement
  • Design user-friendly analysis frameworks for business teams to inform decision-making
  • Ensure high-quality, timely data availability for informed decision-making
  • Collaborate with business teams to plan and execute A/B testing experiments
  • Model the financial impact of business decisions
  • Analyze revenue and cost drivers to optimize margins
  • Communicate project results effectively to stakeholders
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Physics, or a related field with 7+ years of experience
  • Strong SQL skills for custom query development
  • Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau preferred)
  • Proficiency in Python for scripting and data analysis
  • Familiarity with BigQuery and GCP is advantageous
  • Experience with product analytics tools like Amplitude, Mixpanel, or Clevertap is highly valued
  • Prior experience working with clickstream data, especially Firebase/Google Analytics, is beneficial
  • Solid understanding of statistical analysis principles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment
  • Interest in the investment and financial sectors is a plus
