Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled BIM Modeller to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in BIM software and experience working on large-scale construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Creation of detailed BIM models based on project requirements and specifications.
  • Review, modify, and update existing BIM models.
  • Perform Clash Detection between BIM models from different disciplines and collaborate with the design team to propose solutions.
  • Generation of Quantity Take-offs and drawings (2D/3D) from BIM models.
  • Adherence to BIM standards and protocols, maintaining model quality and integrity.
  • Effective coordination with project team members (architects, engineers, construction managers, etc.).
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Diploma or higher in Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of practical experience as a BIM Modeller or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in major BIM software such as Autodesk Revit and Navisworks is essential.
  • Strong preference for candidates with BIM modelling experience in healthcare facilities or laboratory (lab) construction projects.
  • Experience with construction projects in Singapore is an advantage.
  • Ability to understand and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
  • Excellent spatial reasoning and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
