Job Description

As a seasoned BIM professional, you will play a pivotal role in leading our team of experts to deliver high-quality projects that meet the highest industry standards and project requirements.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in BIM management, with a strong understanding of industry standards and best practices. You will be responsible for developing and implementing BIM Execution Plans, ensuring seamless integration of BIM into Integrated Digital Delivery (IDD), Virtual Design Construction (VDC), and Integrated Project Delivery (IPD).

Key responsibilities include:

  • Generating clash reports and leading BIM coordination meetings with clients and consultants
  • Oversight of multidisciplinary coordination, including Phase Planning (4D) and Cost Estimating (5D)
  • Troubleshooting issues with models and projects, ensuring timely resolution
  • Oversight of the BIM team, providing mentorship and support to enhance team performance
  • Providing guidance to architects on implementing appropriate BIM strategies and technologies
  • Planning and resource delivery aspects of projects, ensuring efficient execution
  • Conducting training sessions on BIM processes to improve team capabilities

We are seeking a highly motivated individual with a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest BIM developments and a commitment to continual improvement. If you have a specialist diploma in BIM or a degree in architecture, and at least 4 years of relevant experience in BIM management, we would love to hear from you.
