Senior BIM Professional
Becoming a Senior BIM Professional is an exciting career path that requires expertise in building information modeling and technology. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the implementation of BIM standards across various projects.

Job Description:

As a Senior BIM Professional, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the development and implementation of BIM standards within our organization.


  • Develop and maintain project templates to ensure consistency in BIM standards.
  • Provide support for electronic file submission and Singapore BIM authoring submission.
  • Conduct quality control checks to ensure completeness and adherence to company standards of all drawings produced.
  • Supervise the development and enforcement of BIM documentation and workflow process standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 12 years of relevant experience in BIM management.
  • Diploma in Architecture or equivalent from an accredited institution, with relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Specialist Diploma in Building Information Modelling (BIM) Management or equivalent from an accredited institution, with relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Well-versed with 2D and 3D design software and technologies, such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft suite.
  • Familiarity with scripting and computational tools, e.g., Dynamo, Python.
  • Acute knowledge and application of planning and building codes and regulations, regulatory submissions, and processes.
