Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Guest Service Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences and providing personalized service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all Concierge, Bell Services, and Doormen to ensure they adhere to hotel policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Offer warm and sincere welcomes to guests, providing in-depth knowledge of directions, transportation, and local events.
  • Maintain a constantly updated database with city highlights and arrange tickets for theatre, sporting events, and local attractions.
  • Make and confirm transportation arrangements with contracted limousine companies, prioritizing in-house vehicles.
  • Provide guests with confirmation of dining reservations, transportation, and other services.
  • Communicate effectively with Chef Concierge and train, coach, and support Concierge colleagues.
  • Produce a monthly training plan and ensure smooth workflow in the driveway and lobby.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Diploma in Hospitality or related field.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work as part of a dynamic team.
  • Friendly and approachable personality.
