RICH STAR INTERNATIONAL PTE. LTD. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Secretarial and Administration professional to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive corporate secretarial services, including company incorporation, maintenance of statutory registers, and filing of documents with ACRA.
  • Act as company secretary and nominee director, ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
  • Handle full spectrum of corporate secretarial work, including preparation of necessary documents for AGM, EGM, board and shareholders' resolutions.
  • Perform customer due diligence and know your clients.
  • Provide advice on compliance requirements and ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage EP and work permit applications, payroll computation, and CPF submissions.
  • Perform other corporate and administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in corporate secretarial work is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle tasks in a prompt and efficient manner.
  • Good written and oral communication skills in English and Mandarin.
  • Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
