Job Description:

MARHABA FOOD INDUSTRIES PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Executive Head Indian Cuisine Chef to lead our culinary team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality, presentation, and flavor in all Indian dishes served at our establishment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To manage a team of chefs and kitchen staff, providing guidance and training as needed.
  • To maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and quality control.
  • To develop and implement new recipes, menus, and cooking techniques to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • To collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of events, promotions, and daily operations.
  • To stay up-to-date with industry trends, ingredients, and equipment to continually improve menu offerings and kitchen efficiency.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience as a head chef or executive chef in a similar establishment.
  • Proven track record of success in leading a team, driving results, and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Strong knowledge of Indian cuisine, including spices, ingredients, and cooking techniques.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Working Hours: Flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, when required.
