We are on an incredible journey, rapidly expanding across the APAC region. Our ambitious growth plans for 2025 and beyond involve exploring new markets and developing omni-channel capabilities.

This role plays a crucial part in driving our success and making our vision a reality. You will be responsible for ensuring consistent brand experiences, service quality, and operational excellence across all retail touchpoints in Southeast Asia.

This position drives in-store execution, retail key performance indicators, and service standards while maintaining strong relationships with frontline teams and store management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure brand experience, service quality, and retail excellence are consistently delivered across all stores.
  • Conduct regular store visits to monitor visual merchandising compliance, tester hygiene, and address stock-out issues.
  • Drive the in-store execution of campaigns, events, and animations to achieve sales targets and brand visibility.
  • Act as the primary in-store liaison with counter managers, providing feedback and actionable insights to HQ.
  • Lead and manage frontline retail teams to deliver service excellence and commercial results.
  • Oversee recruitment and hiring of full-time and part-time retail staff across Singapore and Malaysia.
  • Develop and implement incentive programs to drive performance (including in markets without existing structures).
  • Plan, manage, and optimize roster scheduling to meet operational and sales requirements in Singapore and Malaysia.
