Director of Enterprise Projects Leader

We are seeking an accomplished project leader to spearhead and deliver IT application, data management, ERP, and CRM-related projects. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of project management principles, experience with enterprise applications, and a proven ability to collaborate across diverse teams to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning and Execution: Define project scope, objectives, and success criteria in alignment with business goals. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and risk assessments. Manage end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring compliance with technical and functional requirements.
- Team Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts, data engineers, and external consultants. Facilitate effective collaboration between technical teams, business stakeholders, and third-party vendors. Motivate and guide team members, fostering a productive and solution-focused environment.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary liaison between business units and technical teams to ensure project alignment with organizational needs. Conduct regular updates, presentations, and workshops to keep stakeholders informed of progress, risks, and milestones. Gather, document, and translate business requirements into actionable technical specifications.
- Technical Oversight: Oversee projects involving IT applications, data systems, ERP, CRM, and other enterprise platforms. Monitor development, testing, and deployment phases to ensure adherence to quality and performance standards. Drive data-related initiatives, including migrations, integrations, and analytics projects, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Budget and Resource Management: Effectively manage project budgets, allocating resources and reassigning priorities as project needs evolve.
- Risk and Issue Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely resolution of issues. Develop contingency plans to address potential disruptions in project schedules or resources.
Qualifications and Skills:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degrees or relevant certifications are a plus.
- Experience: 5+ years of project management experience, preferably with IT application, data systems, ERP, CRM, or similar projects. Proven track record of managing large-scale implementations and cross-functional initiatives.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with enterprise platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or Salesforce. Knowledge of data management concepts, including ETL, data warehousing, and analytics tools. Proficiency in project management tools like Jira, MS Project, or Asana. Understanding of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
- Soft Skills: Strong leadership, team-building, and decision-making abilities. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical audiences. Analytical and problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering results. Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize competing demands effectively.
- Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or equivalent certifications are preferred.
