A Customer Acquisition Specialist is responsible for locating and qualifying potential new clients for the sales team. They find and investigate possible customers, establish contact, and gather relevant data to generate interest.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct research to identify potential leads and gather relevant contact information through various channels such as online databases and industry networks.
- Initiate and manage outreach efforts to engage with prospects via email, phone calls, and social media, presenting our products/services and generating interest.
- Qualify leads based on established criteria to ensure they meet the sales team's requirements for potential conversion.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lead interactions and progress in the CRM system, ensuring data integrity.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
- Experience: 6 years
