About the Role:
This role requires a proactive and results-driven professional to acquire new business and customers for our Offshore Banking segment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in marketing activities to acquire new-to-bank customers.
- SOURCE and call on individual prospects to generate new business opportunities.
- E nsure all acquired customers are adequately funded to meet Affluent qualified status.
- Maximize cross-sell opportunities with Relationship Managers.
- Ensure adherence to account opening and sales process, as well as stringent service standards, in compliance with local regulatory requirements.
- Work with the Business Head and Team Leader to develop monthly plans for achieving/exceeding targets.
- Comply with money laundering prevention procedures and report any suspicious activity.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Diploma in any discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in this market.
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
- Enjoy meeting and interacting with people.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to provide good customer service.
- Organized and follow-up skills.
