About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Servicing Executive to join our team at Ebury, a leading FinTech firm. As a key member of our front-line support desk, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service, resolving complex issues, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide daily operational and trading assistance to major corporate clients
  • Act as a point of contact for clients, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying opportunities to grow their business and increase revenue
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and products
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying this knowledge to improve client service and drive business growth
Requirements
  • Strong client-facing skills, with experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Commercial awareness and understanding of financial markets and products
  • Strong analytical and technical skills, with experience using Microsoft Office and other relevant tools
