Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused professional to oversee the daily operations of our retail outlet(s) in Singapore. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining the look-and-feel of the shop through visual merchandising and daily housekeeping.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day activities of the retail outlet(s) to ensure high-quality service and excellent customer experience.
  • Maintain the appearance of the store, including visual merchandising and daily housekeeping.
  • Ensure accurate inventory management and track stock levels to prevent discrepancies.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to customer queries and feedback.
  • Participate in regular product trainings and workshops to enhance knowledge and skills.

Requirements:

  • Fluent English communication skills and ability to work with diverse customers.
  • Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills.
