Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned insurance professional to manage our captive's insurance needs.


About the Role

This is a hybrid role that requires working at least three days a week in the office, with flexibility for remote work on other days.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all insurance-related matters.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive insurance strategies to mitigate risks and optimize returns.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of insurance services across various business units.

Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience in insurance management, preferably in a captive environment.
  • Strong understanding of insurance principles, laws, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
