Job Overview
We're seeking a talented Interior Design Specialist to join our team. This exciting opportunity will see you work closely with our design team to deliver outstanding interior design solutions for new and existing businesses.

About the Role:

As an Interior Design Specialist, you'll play a key role in shaping the growth of our clients through your creative design expertise, strong communication skills, and analytical abilities.

  • Create concept designs, space plans, material samples, and presentations that showcase your vision and attention to detail.
  • Develop tender documentation and detail drawings that meet client expectations.
  • Ensure project compliance with design specifications and building regulations by maintaining accurate records and staying up-to-date on industry developments.
  • Independently manage projects from inception to completion, collaborating with clients and consultants as needed.
  • Communicate project progress and results effectively to stakeholders.
  • Negotiate with vendors to acquire the best value for our clients.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office.
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in commercial retail interior design.
  • Junior executive experience in architecture or interior design is highly valued.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
  • The ability to multitask and work independently or as part of a dynamic team is crucial.
