About the Job:


We're seeking a highly skilled Project Event Coordinator to lead our team in delivering exceptional event experiences. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing event timelines, budgets, and deliverables, while ensuring seamless communication with clients.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Event Planning and Management: Develop and implement event strategies, manage event timelines, and ensure timely delivery of projects.
  • Client Communication: Maintain open and transparent communication with clients, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing any concerns or queries.
  • Pitching and Creative Thinking: Contribute to the development of fresh, creative event ideas that bring brand stories to life through engaging experiences.
  • Project Budgeting: Manage project budgets, explore cost-saving opportunities, and optimize spending to achieve maximum impact.
  • Quality Control: Ensure high-quality execution of events, adhering to established workflows, timelines, and quality standards.
  • Reporting and Feedback: Provide regular progress updates to management and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing client feedback and identifying areas for growth.

Requirements:


To succeed in this role, you will need:


  • At least 2 years of experience in events, project coordination, or client servicing
  • Strong communication skills and confidence in managing client relationships
  • Highly organized, with the ability to juggle multiple timelines and priorities independently
  • Calm under pressure and comfortable problem-solving in real-time
  • Proficient in using tools like Canva and other content platforms, with an openness to incorporating new technologies and LLMs to enhance project delivery and creativity
