Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Interior Space Creator to join our team. As an expert in designing visually appealing and functional spaces, you will be responsible for creating bespoke environments that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet with clients to discuss project goals, timelines, and expectations.
  • Develop design concepts, layouts, and 3D visualizations that showcase our clients' style and preferences.
  • Select materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and décor items that enhance the overall aesthetic of a space.
  • Prepare technical drawings, floor plans, and construction documents to ensure seamless execution.
  • Collaborate with architects, contractors, and suppliers to bring the design intent to life.
  • Manage project schedules, procurement of design elements, and ensure timely completion.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure quality standards are met.
  • Stay updated on design trends, materials, and sustainability practices to provide innovative solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Interior Designer (portfolio required).
  • Proficiency in design software, including AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3D Max, and Adobe Photoshop.
  • Strong knowledge of space planning, building codes, and construction processes.
  • Excellent creativity, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and client presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
