Job Opportunity: Digital Transformation Director

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the delivery of large-scale digital transformation projects in Singapore.

This role presents an exciting opportunity to drive business outcomes, foster collaboration, and ensure timely project completion.

  • Main Responsibilities:
    • Collaborate with Product Managers and Designers to conduct user research, plan sprints, facilitate retrospectives, and monitor development progress.
    • Develop key performance indicators, track metrics, and build dashboards to measure project success and align with organizational goals.
    • Analyze product performance post-launch, identify areas for improvement, and drive iterative enhancements to maximize ongoing value.
    • Evaluate change requests, estimate resource needs, and ensure actionable and resource-efficient solutions.
  • Requirements:
    • Minimum 5 years' experience; Computer Science or IT-related tertiary education preferred.
    • Experience in full software/product development life cycles using Agile Methodology.
    • Demonstrated ability to deliver end-to-end digital products effectively, even with limited resources.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to empower clear idea pitching and stakeholder alignment.
    • Ability to thrive under tight deadlines with strong prioritization and independent working capabilities.
