About the Role:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive IT and AI roadmap that aligns with our strategic objectives and educational goals.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage AI and digital tools to enhance teaching, student learning, and administrative processes.
  • Pioneer digital transformation, positioning our school as a pioneering force in international education.
  • Provide expert guidance on emerging technologies and long-term digital strategy to senior leadership.

Digital Infrastructure & Systems:

  • Oversee the design, implementation, and management of core IT systems, including Student Information Systems (SIS), Learning Management Systems (LMS), and communication platforms.
  • Ensure robust cybersecurity, data privacy, and compliance with international standards.
  • Build scalable IT infrastructure to support future expansion and evolution.
  • Manage IT budgets, vendors, and technology partners to optimize resources and outcomes.

AI Innovation & Growth:

  • Design and deploy AI-driven solutions for personalized learning, admissions forecasting, and operational efficiency.
  • Explore applications of AI in areas such as student assessment, teacher support, and parent engagement.
  • Collaborate with academic leaders to integrate EdTech innovations into the curriculum and pedagogy.
  • Support marketing and business development teams with AI-powered analytics and insights to inform strategic decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in IT leadership, with at least 3–5 years in AI, digital transformation, or EdTech.
  • Proven track record in implementing enterprise IT systems and AI applications.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity, data governance, and compliance principles.
