Optimizing Thermal Performance at the Cutting Edge

The ideal candidate will design and develop advanced thermal simulation models, creating immersive 3D visualizations to optimize heating and cooling systems.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop high-fidelity thermal simulation models for various applications.
  • Create detailed 3D visualizations to analyze and optimize system performance.
  • Oversee prototyping, testing, and troubleshooting for thermal performance excellence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate thermal simulations into cutting-edge machine design.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation for quality standards and intellectual property protection.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Materials Science, or Electrical Engineering.
  • 2-5 years of experience in Semiconductor Equipment Design or packaging.
  • Proficiency in CAD software (preferably CREO Parametric) and PLM tools (Windchill a plus).
  • Experience with thermal analysis and simulation techniques is highly desirable.
