Job Summary:

  • We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Management Trainee to join our team. As a Management Trainee, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills in leadership, operations, and customer service.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities
  1. Assist the Assistant/Restaurant Manager in daily operations, ensuring seamless execution of tasks and maintaining high-quality standards.
  2. Achieve and maintain exceptional food, beverage, and service quality, meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
  3. Inspect workstations to ensure efficient operations and identify areas for improvement.
  4. E nsure that all served food adheres to established SOPs.
  5. Manage quality control at store level and execute crisis management plans effectively.
  6. Demonstrate excellent service performance and manage customer expectations, providing a positive experience.
  7. Display productivity performance, meeting targets and deadlines.
  8. Maintain accurate inventories and stock levels, conducting regular stock-taking activities.
  9. Cover duties in both service and kitchen when required, ensuring continuity and minimizing disruptions.
  10. Solve problems and make informed decisions at a managerial level, exercising sound judgment.
  11. Generate reports and present store performance, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.
  12. Adhere to F&B safety and hygiene policies and procedures, ensuring a clean and safe environment.
  13. Handle administrative tasks and paperwork efficiently, maintaining accurate records.
  14. Plan staff duty rosters and cleaning duties, allocating tasks effectively.
  15. Hire and train new staff members, developing their skills and knowledge.
  16. Perform any additional duties assigned, adapting to changing circumstances.
Requirements
  • Degree/Diploma in Hospitality or related fields (fresh graduates welcome to apply).
  • Strong interest in building a career in management and operations.
  • Good integrity and personality, demonstrating a positive and professional image.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, serving guests with a warm smile.
  • Flexible, adaptable, and willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Possess valid Food Safety Course Level 1/3 certification, an advantage.
