We are seeking a self-driven and result oriented individual to join us as Management Trainee. During the job rotation period, the Management Trainee will be placed in the various functional teams to undergo on-the-job training in all areas of the Company. The Management Trainee will perform sales and/or business operations role upon successful completion of the job rotation.

**Key roles and responsibilities**
- Work closely with the management and the various internal teams.
- Gain knowledge of policies, operations and processes of the Company.
- Complete assigned tasks and assisting with day-to
- day operations in various job rotations.
- Learn techniques to manage customers and achieve sales target.
- Manage work initiatives and projects.
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations.
- Undertake any other duties assigned by the Management to support the business.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in MS Office
- Strong verbal, written and presentation skills
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to work under stress and multitask.
- Ability to work on weekends for Sales and Operation job rotations
- Good problem solving and critical thinking skills
