We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Manager to join our team at Binary Technology Development.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and managing vendor relationships, implementing review and exit mechanisms, and ensuring procurement plans meet annual targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain long-term procurement channels with potential vendors.

  • Establish vendor credit systems with dynamic tracking and evaluation processes.

  • Negotiate contracts based on product and market information.

  • Guide the contract signing and follow-up process.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.

  • 6+ years of experience in indirect service procurement, including HR, marketing, AML, and business process outsourcing.

  • Familiarity with indirect service procurement processes and project management experience.

  • Strong negotiation and analytical skills, with knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.

  • Excellent planning, organization, communication, and coordination skills.
