The Senior Executive/Assistant Manager, Service Operations will be responsible for the management of assigned clinical services across the continuum of care, and achieving stated outcomes in customer service, volume, and financial targets, processes, and learning & growth perspectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operations
    • Manage service point operations assigned, including front counter services, administrative, and operational matters, partnering with the Centre Manager and doctors/allied health to solve system and process issues.
    • Perform data collation and analysis to support decision-making and identify areas for improvement.
    • Prepare reports and dashboards to track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and monitor their achievement.
  • Customer Service
    • Collaborate with clinical, nursing, and allied health professionals to implement strategies and initiatives to enhance work processes and service quality.
    • Participate in the planning and execution of proposals and activities aimed at achieving operational excellence.
    • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Business Management
    • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for customer service and operations.
    • Responsible for achieving the volume and financial targets for the clinical services assigned, developing and carrying out business plans in conjunction with the clinical heads of departments/divisions to ensure that goals are reached.
