The role of Strategic Marketing Executive is to develop and implement marketing communications strategies that enhance the organization's brand, products, and services. The successful candidate will be responsible for crafting compelling narratives and messaging that resonate with various audiences.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies: Design and execute strategic marketing initiatives to promote the organization's offerings, increase brand awareness, and drive engagement.
- Craft Compelling Narratives: Create and curate engaging content, including press releases, newsletters, and social media posts, to effectively communicate the organization's mission and values.
- Maintain Brand Consistency: Ensure all marketing materials, including visual identity and tone of voice, align with the organization's brand guidelines.
- Support Internal Communication: Assist in planning and executing internal communication strategies to inform and engage employees.
- Manage Media Relations: Develop and maintain relationships with media contacts, handle media inquiries, and coordinate press conferences and interviews.
- Diploma or degree in Mass Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of relevant experience, preferably in communications, branding, or marketing roles.
- Experience in the social service or non-profit sector is an added advantage.
