Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and innovative marketing professional to join our team. As a Strategic Marketing Professional, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and coordinating offline marketing activities including print ads, outdoor media, in-store promotions, and event support.

You will conceptualize, design, and produce high-quality print marketing materials such as brochures, posters, and sales kits. Additionally, you will coordinate and support commercial and internal company events, liaise with external partners, vendors, and suppliers to ensure timely and high-quality campaign delivery.

You will also support loyalty and membership club initiatives, including setup of sign-up promotions, perks, and engagement activities. Furthermore, you will ensure all promotions are easy to understand and communicate effectively to frontline staff and customers.

Responsibilities include uploading and maintaining marketing content across internal and external platforms, reviewing and proofreading marketing materials prior to launch, and providing general support to the Head of Marketing across campaigns and projects.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team and contribute to the success of our marketing efforts.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in offline marketing and event coordination
  • Background in skincare, wellness, or beauty industry is a strong advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; basic design skills (e.g. Canva, Adobe Suite) are a plus
