We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Growth Marketing Professional to join our team. This role will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic planning, execution, and closing of special projects.


About the Role:


  • Drive business growth by developing and executing strategic plans to achieve company objectives.
  • Foster cross-market collaboration and communication to implement strategic initiatives.
  • Manage transformation projects across multiple departments, ensuring successful project outcomes.
  • Lead the preparation of project status reports, including progress, issues, and risks.
  • Develop comprehensive change management plans to mitigate risks and engage stakeholders.
  • Analyze key business performance indicators to innovate processes and improve results.
  • Serve as a supervisor and leader for project teams, providing direction, motivation, and support.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research, Data Science, Analytics, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a top-tier management consulting firm.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in medium to large-scale project management and delivery.
  • Exposure to the consumer technology sector or marketing is an advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment.
