Marketing Manager Job Opportunity

As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to increase market share and profitability across our business. Your role will involve conducting thorough market research to identify strategic growth opportunities and driving new business initiatives.

  • Establish, develop, and implement regional to local marketing strategies to increase market share and profitability.
  • Conduct market research and drive strategic growth and new business opportunities.
  • Design and develop a strong value proposition and customer experience to meet distinctive business demand.

You will also be responsible for planning and executing marketing campaigns to acquire new prospects and nurture existing customer relationships. Additionally, you will manage resources, report, and coordinate projects/initiatives to implement changes in accordance with market priorities.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field.
  • Seven years of work experience in strategic marketing planning within a regional setting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and implement strategies that respond to evolving business needs.

The ideal candidate will have knowledge of industry and market trends, preferably with extensive experience in e-commerce, air freight, and international logistics. They will also demonstrate creativity in developing unique and effective marketing campaigns, as well as strong analytical ability and strategic thinking.
