Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced marketing professional to join our team. As a key member of the marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans that drive business growth and enhance brand presence.

This role requires a strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics, as well as excellent communication and project management skills. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify market opportunities, develop marketing campaigns, and measure their effectiveness.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in marketing, with a strong focus on digital marketing channels, campaign execution, and team leadership. A bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field is required, and relevant certifications (e.g., HubSpot) are an asset.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 4-6 years of experience in marketing, content management, or digital communications, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Mandarin, with exceptional writing and communication skills
  • Strong familiarity with digital platforms, campaign scheduling, and marketing operations
  • Proficiency with content tools, including content management systems and email marketing software
  • Excellent organization and multitasking skills, with a proven ability to execute and follow through
  • Clear communicator with a positive, self-driven attitude and a collaborative mindset
