Job Title: Therapy Support Specialist

The successful candidate will provide administrative and therapeutic support to our practitioners in pain management therapy. This role involves maintaining accurate patient progress records, conducting rehabilitation therapies under practitioner guidance, and performing basic functional exercises.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain patient records and update information as necessary
  • Assist with carrying out specific care and rehabilitation therapies
  • Conduct basic functional exercises under practitioner instruction

Requirements:

Certification in sports science or exercise is essential.

A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar industry or clinic is required.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is advantageous.

Good interpersonal skills and a professional bedside manner are essential.

Preferably experienced in clinical trigger point massage.

A minimum diploma in a relevant healthcare industry is required.
