Desktop Support Role Summary:

This is a key position in our organization, responsible for delivering first-line technical assistance to desktop computing environments.

Main Responsibilities include:

  • Providing expert support to end-users via multiple communication channels
  • Maintaining detailed records of all support activities, incidents, and resolutions on designated platforms
  • Coordinating the administrative process for IT equipment deployment, replacement, and disposal
  • Generating regular reports on support metrics and incident resolution status

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Deep knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office suite
  • Experience with IT service management tools and ticketing systems
  • Excellent documentation and administration skills
  • Good communication skills in written and verbal English
  • Ability to work independently and follow established procedures
  • Basic understanding of IT security practices and compliance requirements
