We are seeking a visionary Business Development Director to lead our vendor partnerships strategy. As the head of this critical function, you will play a key role in shaping how our restaurant partners grow their businesses on our platform.

Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership & Vision
- Develop an end-to-end strategy for vendor partnerships, focusing on lifecycle stages.
- Define success metrics and build programs to move vendors forward.
- Embed empathy into all communications and lifecycle touchpoints.
- Lifecycle Design & Engagement
- Design lifecycle journeys across incubation, growth, at-risk, dormant, and top performer stages.
- Create frameworks for timely and personalized communication channels.
- Team Building & Management
- Lead a high-performing team including campaign managers and automation specialists.
- Foster a culture of autonomy, curiosity, and care within the team.
- Data, Insights & Experimentation
- Partner with data analysts to build dashboards for vendor segmentation and health scoring.
- Champion continuous experimentation for messaging, formats, frequency, and incentives.
- Cross-Functional Leadership
- Collaborate with various teams to drive campaigns for subscription upsells and promotional partnerships.
Qualifications:
- 8–12 years of experience in CRM, Lifecycle Marketing, or Partner Engagement in a B2B setting.
- 3+ years in a leadership role with team management responsibilities.
- Deep understanding of B2B dynamics and partner engagement strategies.
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
