Job Description:

  • Expand the company's footprint in syndicated loans by spearheading initiatives, leading marketing efforts, and prospecting for new opportunities.
  • Build and cultivate a network of contacts in the market to facilitate syndication transactions.
  • Conduct risk research, due diligence, and financial analysis to mitigate credit risks of potential borrowers.
  • Originate, structure deals, negotiate terms, execute, and document transactions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree with at least 7-10 years of experience in loan syndication.
  • Sound credit analysis skills and knowledge of the loan syndication market.
  • Knowledge of industry practices, documentation standards, and regulatory requirements.
