Job Title: Production Process Specialist

To optimize production efficiency, we seek an experienced and skilled Production Process Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the production department, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth operation of our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Detect and troubleshoot process-related issues, implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
  • Collaborate with technicians and operators to achieve required output and quality standards.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to established protocols and procedures.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency.
  • Analyze and resolve equipment-related issues, collaborating with maintenance teams as needed.

Requirements:

• Degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, Electrical or Mechanical discipline.
• 2+ years of experience in a production environment, preferably with exposure to lean manufacturing principles and practices.

Preferred Skills:
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Basic computer software knowledge, including Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
