Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform 12-hour shift duties to ensure process integrity for machines
  • Assist engineers in qualifying and fine-tuning processes for production
  • Trouble-shoot process-related issues and minimize lot hold time
  • Monitor and improve qualified processes using SPC and statistical tools
  • Coordinate with specialists to meet module objectives and follow SOPs
  • Implement process improvement projects and participate in QIT programs
  • Maintain good housekeeping and safety practices in the production area

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Diploma in Electrical / Electronics / Mechatronics and Microelectronics Engineering
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience preferred
  • Able to perform 12-hour rotating shift
  • Good team player
