Job Overview

Our team seeks a highly skilled and detail-oriented Process Operations Specialist to join our production facility.


The ideal candidate will have experience in managing day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and optimizing production processes. They will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records, performing quality control checks, and troubleshooting any issues that may arise during production.


As a key member of our production team, the successful candidate will be expected to work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve business objectives and maintain a safe working environment.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily production operations according to established SOPs
  • Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure product consistency and quality
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks on equipment and machinery
  • Collaborate with colleagues to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to track production performance and quality metrics

Requirements:

A Diploma or Degree in Chemical Engineering or related field is required. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of relevant working experience and excellent problem-solving skills.


Skills:

We are looking for candidates with strong analytical and communication skills, as well as experience with MS Office, SPC, and SAP software.
