Job Title: Sales and Retention Professional
">Description: As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for making outbound renewal calls to retain existing customers. You will handle inquiries via various channels, including email and phone, and work closely with our manager to ensure seamless communication with dealerships. Your primary focus will be on ensuring high renewal retention rates through effective customer engagement and support.

- Responding to customer inquiries via email and phone in a timely and professional manner.">
- Working closely with the operations team to issue certificates of insurance as needed.">
- Liaising with motor underwriters to resolve product-related issues and premium appeals.">
Requirements:
">To succeed in this role, you should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You should also possess strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
">Desirable Skills and Qualifications:
">A degree in business or a related field would be advantageous, as would prior experience in sales or customer service. Additionally, proficiency in using CRM software and other technology tools is essential.
