Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Contract Administration Specialist to join our team at THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. as an Assistant Contract Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the administration of contracts, including preparation and analysis of cost comparisons, obtaining quotations, and negotiating with sub-contractors and suppliers.
  • Prepare and submit Variation Orders, claims, final accounts, and settlement documents.
  • Collaborate with the Tender/Contracts Team to ensure smooth contract administration.
  • Review and prepare responses to claims and variation costs.
  • Compile subcontractor quotations and submit for review and approval.
  • Verify subcontractor claims and prepare payment certificates.
  • Prepare final accounts and variation submissions.
Requirements
  • Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Building, or equivalent from a recognized University.
  • Minimum 5 years of related working experience in industrial projects.
  • Strong working knowledge of Mechanical and Electrical systems.
  • Familiarity with Singapore health and safety rules and regulations.
  • Knowledge of materials and works for site usage.
  • Understanding of local pricings.
Preferred Skills
  • Negotiation and budgeting skills.
  • Construction management and quantity surveying expertise.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and AutoCAD.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
