Job Title: Senior Assistant Manager, Medical Affairs Education

Key Responsibilities:
  • Program Management: Coordinate student postings to the hospital, ensuring alignment with academic requirements, timelines, and institutional policies.
  • Collaboration and Training: Work with department heads and clinical educators to enhance training methodologies and curricula. Conduct basic next-generation electronic medical records training for students.
  • Data Analysis: Use data to track outcomes, identify trends, and suggest improvements to the posting program.
  • Administrative Support: Manage departmental administrative duties, including on-site support for teaching, minutes taking for meetings, and running courses.
Requirements:
  • A degree in any discipline.
  • 3-5 years of work experience in an administrative role, preferably in an educational or healthcare institution.
  • Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and attention to detail.
