Strategic Employee Manager

This role is a key position in the human resources department, responsible for overseeing various aspects of employee management and administration.
- Recruitment and hiring processes will be managed from start to finish, including onboarding and offboarding procedures.
- The successful candidate will have expertise in HR processes, salary administration, employee benefits, and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Payroll processing and preparation will also be a core responsibility, ensuring timely and accurate payment to employees.
- A strong focus will be placed on maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee databases.
- Employment-related documentation will need to be processed and prepared efficiently.
- Work visas and permits will be arranged as required.
- This role will also involve supporting HR projects and taking the initiative to improve HR processes.
- Effective foreign staff management is essential, encompassing tasks such as pass renewal, medical checkups, insurance plans, staff welfare, and government portal management related to foreign employment.
