About the Role:


You will have the unique opportunity to leverage your technical expertise and business acumen as a Solutions Architect at our organization.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing innovative solutions to meet customer needs. This will involve advising clients on what is possible using TiDB, guiding the design and deployment of hybrid transactional and analytical databases, and educating prospects and customers on best practices for integrating into their applications.

We are seeking a highly skilled Solution Architect to join our team. The role requires strong technical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and effective communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

PingCAP's Solutions Architects are empowered to think creatively and develop innovative solutions. We are looking for someone who is passionate about challenging the status quo and willing to roll up their sleeves to get the job done.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in solution design and implementation, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a working understanding of cloud computing, microservices architecture, API design, database systems, and security principles.

A strong database experience is essential, preferably with MySQL; knowledge of operating databases in Kubernetes or public cloud environments is also highly desirable.
