**System Administrator Position Overview:**

This is a vital role for an experienced system administrator who can efficiently manage our organization's IT infrastructure. The selected candidate will oversee the daily operations of computer systems, networks, and other technology-related assets.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent technical knowledge and skills in system management, as well as strong problem-solving abilities to ensure smooth operation of our systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • System and Hardware Management:
  • Manage system software and hardware such as Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, ADFS, Azure AD, clustering solutions, SAN/NAS storage, and virtualization platforms.
  • Support and manage various operating systems including Windows Server, Linux (RHEL, SUSE, Ubuntu), Solaris, IBM AIX, and Oracle Linux.

Incident and Problem Management:

  • Respond to system incidents according to severity levels and meet service level requirements.
  • Handle high-pressure situations, identify problems, and make quick decisions to resolve issues.

Documentation and Reporting:

  • Maintain and update system documentation, standard operating procedures (SOP), guidelines, and daily checklists.
  • Provide timely and accurate reports on system performance, capacity planning, and incident analysis.

Collaboration and Coordination:

  • Work closely with third-party vendors, telecommunication operators, ISPs, and other service providers.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: Diploma in Information Technology or related field.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in managing system and hardware infrastructure.
  • Certifications: ITIL certified, relevant certifications for specific systems (e.g., CCNA, MCSE, RHCSA).

Working Conditions:

  • Ability to work on standby, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
